Dip Mixes Mustard Salsas  
     

Mustard:

Wine Garlic Chicken
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup Singing Pig Wine Garlic Mustard
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- Sliced ham (fully cooked; spiral sliced or thick deli slices work well)
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Melt butter; stir in Wine Garlic Mustard.

Line bottom of casserole dish with ham slices, top with chicken breasts.  Salt & pepper.  Cover all with Garlic Mustard Sauce.  Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour until done; cover with foil if it begins to brown too much.  Serve over rice & spoon plenty of sauce over the top!

1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Orange Bell Pepper
1 lb Shrimp deveined and peeled (medium size)
2 tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbls Wine Garlic Mustard

Rinse bell peppers. Cut off ends of bell peppers and take out seeds.  Cut
into 1/4 inch strips. Rinse shrimp. On medium high heat, add olive oil into
large pan.  Sautee' shrimp and peppers until shrimp turns pink.  Add wine
garlic mustard, mix well and reduce to low for a few minutes.  Enjoy!

Salsas:

Roasted Garlic Salsa (Medium)

This is so simple and so good, you won't believe it. Put some boneless chicken (I use the boneless chicken tenders in a crock pot. Pour a jar of roasted Garlic Salsa over it and cook for 4-6 hours (until chicken is cooked) Its fine just as is but you can also add some sliced onions and olives and it becomes a great chicken cacciatore.

Wild Boar Habanero

We just used the Wild Boar Habanero in our pastrami sandwich instead of mustard. It was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Keep on Oinking!!!

Sweet Onion Salsa

Dieting?  Here's the best thing since chocolate - try the Sweet Onion Salsa
on fat free cottage cheese - a taste to die for!!!  Good for breakfast,
lunch, instead of salad for dinner, great snack and there's so few calories
you can hardly count them.

Dip Mixes:

Tubby's Hickory-smoked Western:
Mix dip per package directions then add 1-6 oz can of drained chopped green chilies (Ortega). Let sit in refrig. overnight to blend flavors then serve with Tortilla Chips.
(Served it at a Halloween party yesterday and it was a great hit . . . they all kept coming back for more.  And the fun part was it was soooo easy to make!  Thanks)

Marinades:

Spicy Garlic Marinade

Spicy Garlic & Then Some Sauce

Mix Spicy Garlic Marinade with Heinz Chili Sauce, half & half. Place pork tenderloin and/or beef tenderloin in a slow cooker or crock-pot and cover with sauce. Simmer on low all day. Throw in some vidalia onions for added flavor.
